I just wish she knew that I love her and I forgive her.

You know, often we tend to idealize ourselves or the other. All the bad things, each single of them are "disease". But fact is, that everybody has their character flaws... and those are part of who we are and are hard to go away. They are not symptoms, they are personality traits.

It's hard to distinquish sometimes between those two...

That's really lovely - I think you need to share it with her. Those exact things that you say, are things I need to have reaffirmed often in my relationship

Thank-you, unfortunately there is no "telling" her anything. When she has these emotional cycles, it can take weeks before she comes out. I think she has read the post.

Well, that's a step forward! Yes, we do go through episodes, but we aren't different people once we stable again.
Don't consider it so much as 'telling her', but rather as 'sharing' your feelings with her.
