I am numb,
I feel like im not here for some reason I can see my self i can see my self talking but im not there. Im not in control. I am standing still the world is moving past What is wrong with me? I never had this before. I never felt like this before.

Enter your poetry into contests on the web. I did when I was manic and got recognized for it. It's good that you express your feelings when you're depressed or out of sorts. I would like to do more of that myself.
