I suffer from mild Bipolar Disorder, or Cyclothymic Disorder, and I have no idea how to handle it.
My mother won't take me to a therapist anymore, and it's really beginning to mess with my normal day. My friends are starting to see my mood swings, and they don't like when I suddenly go off on them and then laugh right after. I don't know how to get myself help without my mother, who could care less what happens. I don't know anyone that can help me. |

Do you have a school counsellor to talk to? If things get worse, try and at least see your GP, and discuss if meds are an option.
Like has been mentioned - there is lots of information on the internet, and a lot of workbooks (Even free worksheets to download) to help you manage your condition
