It's strange. I mean I'm on a high now, but I'm writing here still. I guess I mean like, I feel fine kinda? Like I'm done. I'm healed. I'll forever be in the happy place. Maybe it's just those pills I took. Actually probably? But I know I'll be back. I'll just pretend I won't, never know, maybe this could be it. Who else is feeling happy now and could you describe it?

Chlorophyll,

I'm new to PC and I'm feeling happy. For me, I am happy when my Punkin (that's my dog) comes running to greet me with tail wagging and kisses everywhere then curls up and falls asleep on my lap. No matter what she always makes the world a brighter place.
Thanks for this!

Yes, please tell us what you're taking!!!

Aside jokes, I have felt this way as well...But not any more. Now I appreciate the good days without letting myself be lifted up in the clouds and giving to the goodness timelessness I know it doesn't have. I just enjoy it, fill my batteries, and if I have time I come on PC to help others or just post something interesting I think it's good to keep our 'healthy' tones in the community as well

Anyway, what I'm saying is enjoy but keep yourself grounded!

Thanks for this!

I learned to enjoy the good days and put the bad days in perspective. Thankfully, the good days far outweigh the bad and on those bad days, I try to shut the outside world out, find peace and love myself. Oh, by the way for those who asked, I am taking prestiq, lamictal and Seroquel.
Thanks for this!

I was just recently diagnosed w bipolar, and I was going over my facebook posts from the last year to see if I could see a trend. And it seemed that for a few weeks I'd be all exclaimation points and people would be commenteing that they want some of what I was having, and then it would be negative nancy for a few weeks, how horrible everything was, and then back to energy and encouragement, and then back to black and dreary and why does my life have to suck so much. I was always chasing those highs! I don't want them if they lead to lows however.

I see what you all mean - interesting responses. As you guessed, it was short lived. Just on a level mood right now. When I get into the clouds though, I like to make the most of it because I guess I know it won't last really.

Actually for me, I don't take proper pills! I know that sounds dodgy haha but no, I just use natural tablets. I know it's really a placebo, but if it does something to my brain for a short amount of time, I'll take it I just rely on T to try sort this out because I don't want it to be on my medical records if that makes sense. It's not good to be ashamed, I know. But anyway, I don't trust meds too much.

But on a happier note, hope you guys are feeling AWESOME!!
