I got up to the alarm, had a nice coffee with my friend, helped my daughter role-play a job interview and made dinner for a change.

Thanks Mgran.

I wish I had a doc. I am on disability and can't afford meds or a doc. I'm bipolar and surviving without any medication. I just have to learn to ride out the waves of depression.

Oh Anne, I'm sorry you can't afford meds or a doc. I wish you were in the UK... it seems so unjust that you can't get help when you need it most.

My accomplishment today was giving my son a good day out. We had a chippy meal, went to see Xmen, and he got himself a video game with money he's been saving up.

-Got up at 9:30, a decent time.
-Made breakfast.
-Practiced cello for an hour.
-Wrote a letter to a friend out of state.
-Ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes.
-Studied script.
-Replied to my emails.

And I'm about to go work on Rosetta Stone. I plan on cleaning out my bags, and I have a cello lesson later. Not to mention I still need to practice my other instruments today!

Pretty productive day today.

I finished reading : Living with someone who is living with bipolar

Great book!

Yesterday...I made all kinds of phone calls: Plumber, electrician, my neighbor to fix some stuff. People to cut off our phone and cable etc. in the old house, and people to do the same thing for the new house!!

Though I overslept, I managed to go to a Race last night! It was a lot of fun, and the amounts of people didn't bother me so much, because I had kinda secluded myself with family, that races. I know that isn't great... but I am glad I made it to the race with out having a panic attack or being paranoid!

I wrote a letter to my daughter apologizing for times in the past where I have said or done things because of my illness that were hurtful to her. I also asked for her forgiveness (a huge step for me...I don't know why it's so hard but it is). Since I have been on my current medications, modified my lifestyle, and rekindled my faith in God, our relationship has improved but I had never apologized for my earlier actions.
Thanks for this!

I planted three shrubs and two small trees. Plus watered. I'm soothed in my garden.
Thanks for this!

Wingin' ... I'd love to have my own garden ... I live in a condo though ...

Well, today I gave my cat a bath. I do so every month but had been slacking lately. My bigger cat I need help with, so he'll be next sometime in the week.

Also, made some dinner but don't have the appetite to eat any of it. I am on a sweets binge and I need to think healthy!!

Right now watching the Miami Heat play game 3 against The Mavricks. (I'm a Heat fan)

I worked out and then had a nice, relaxing day with my husband. I even read a book!

is spending half the day reading in bed an accomplishment? it DID feel good, so perhaps that's a yes! i did go out for some quick grocery shopping, and it was the first time in quite awhile that i felt good about my appearance. Hopefully the meds and diet changes are becoming friendly partners.

I actually got some studying done for both classes and the grocery shopping done this morning. It was so nice to be able to do something. Hopefully can continue this streak. Here's to hoping! One foot in front of the other.

I managed to get my son to school, even though he missed the school bus. That's my only accomplishment thus far... calling a taxi and piling him into it... I was so tired from lack of sleep (was awake at four am, AGAIN) that I could barely move. Didn't get into voluntary work, didn't get into a meeting with my son's teachers, had to cancel it. I know for a fact that I'd have just sat there staring at them like a zombie, and they'd have probably thought I was a moron, or on drugs.

Of course, I am on drugs... right now I'm waiting for the doctor to phone me back so I can plead with him for some help as I continue to taper them down.

Oh... so there's another accomplishment, I managed to phone the doctor.

Haha! Okay, late in the day, but I wrote up six learning reports for my voluntary job, and I think I did a very good job.

Sing, good for you, you did do a lot.

I went for a Sunday drive into the country. I really enjoyed seeing all the mountains, horses, old barns, flowers, and trees. however, every time I go to the country is just grabs me and pulls. I don't like living in the city, even a small one. It just feels so right out there.

I went to store and picked up a few things, came home did the kids stuff to be ready for school. That's about it.

Got into my voluntary job, did some shopping, and didn't get overwhelmed on the bus.
