I've been mildly depressed since i lost my job 3 m0nths ago,n0thing major. Just couldn't get out of bed, avoiding company, basically existing no living ( unless out with bf)... Then yesterday I'm upset out of n0where bcoz bf is w0rking when he should be making time for me! Thoughts racing, flitting by, 0ne by 0ne or obsessively repeating, looping in my head. C0nstant Loud ringing in my ears, that gets louder when it's quiet, crying wanting to SI, feel so pathetic 4 being so needy,self-loathing,wanna break up with bf, Idk idk idk. Whats wr0ng with me,d0n't my meds w0rk anym0re?

Sounds like a mixed episode, which are difficult to manage with medication. Just ride it out...when I get one I isolate.

By the way, what's with the "0" being substituted for an "o"?
Thanks for this!

some episodes you have ride through. Learn coping mechanism when stable.. than fight with the tools you have.

as for the zeros... some of us are dyslectics. Some are non-English speakers. Some both. Harder to read. Just sayin'

I know you want to see your BF but if he is working that is what he has to do... right now you do anything you can do to keep your job, if you have one. That includes working when you would rather have fun.

I kinda get like that with my boyfriend too. I don't work and on days I'm having a rough time I get really resentful that he's going to work instead of staying home to be with me. My rational mind knows he has to go to work but that doesn't stop my emotions from feeling the way they do. I try not to take it out on him (I don't always do a good job stopping myself) and talk myself down.

about the ringing, if you keep some background music on it will be better. Maybe it will help the thoughts too?
Hope this passes quickly.

The symptoms seem to be less severe today. BP, music agitates me right now, thanks though...

trippin2.0, glad to hear your sympotoms are less today.

I too get resentful when my husband has to go do things and I am not in good shape. Hopefully I can try to be more understanding next time. I say this cause right now I feel what I guess would be normal but tired.
