Today I actually got up at 7:15 to make sure my plans for the day don't mess up.

How about you?

I LOVE THIS TOPIC, I woke up to my door being knocked on by maintenance to fix a problem with the apartment, I immediately got up let them in, made my bed which is actually a big thing because I NO LONGER allow myself to just go to bed and not face the day, its just not allowed anymore, ate breakfast and took a nice walk around the beautiful apt complex in beautiful colorado springs also a big deal since I am agoraphobic and I deal with my anxiety without meds, thanks for this great topic. Have a wonderful day.
Thanks for this!

I've been getting more depressed, paranoid, delusional and explosively volatile lately. This evening I took out my new box of lithium to find it reads 450mg and not 900mg, which is what I am supposed to be taking. So for the last 3 weeks I have been on half the required dose.
Ok, that is good news - hope in a pill.
Today I became a champion pill problem solver!!!!! Yesssssssss!!!!
Thanks for this!

I've made 5 phone calls today which is HUGE for me because I have major phone anxiety and try my hardest not to call anyone but my parents and some friends. But I am in search of a dermatologist because my pdoc said I need to see one and I agree...so I'm working on it.
Thanks for this!

I have the phone phobia have just four hundred minutes on mhy phone and rarely use that. I text a lot tho I think getting harassed by bill collectors started my anxiety for me and i avoided it altogether, changed my number and now my phone rarely rings but when It does I DONT answer it. DOes anyone know why we have this fear?

I made it through a trip to the grocery store this morning. Shopping has been very difficult for me lately, with anxiety and dissociation setting in. It wasn't a very big shopping trip, but I made it through.

Another great thread, Sunny!!

I was up at 5:30 this am, and instead of taking a nap, I spent a few hours chatting with friends and catching up with my daughter. Then I finally finished putting the clean clothes away...a veritable mountain. Plus, I made a dreaded phone call as well. Did get dressed for the gym but haven't made it there yet...at least I'm dressed!

PS do you think i might be a little hypomanic? whee!

I watered my garden. Usually when we get it in the ground I let it die because it is too much work to keep it up. This year we made it smaller so it should be easier.

I attempted to go to school, even with all of the pain.

If I may post again...

I did my laundry (for the first time since I got home from school), and I left the house and took a walk around my neighborhood. It took me until 7:30pm to get out and do something, but I did rather than spending absolutely 100% of my day holed up inside.

Worked my first night shift on my new travel job. Did a great job too. Hopefully I'll remember most of what I learned last night!

I enforced my boundaries with my dad, and he was supportive of it.

Haha! I helped my son over the last couple of days revise for his Geography mock exam, and he got a hundred percent. (Up from forty percent.) Now I'm feeling like quite the expert Mummy. I'm also helping him with his German, and am hopeful that as his grades improve he'll start to feel happier about himself.

So today was German, we're using Michel Thomas Total German, which is a really friendly course. He also went and practised his piano without being asked to. He's got asperger's syndrome, and I'm spending a lot of effort trying to make homework and revision part of a routine at home, rather than something he hides from and wishes will go away. This week he's got on top of his drama, his Geography, and next week is holidays... by the end of it I'm hoping he'll be MUCH more confident with his German.

Phew!
