I just need advice, help or confort some sort of thing because ive been havin manic episodes (i think), i can't stop, i can't stop all those toughts, i speek really quickly and I can't stand being quiet, laid down or sit, i just have to move. I was waiting for the train and i think, could i jump to the platform? could i reach to the other side without falling, i think i could, should I. I want to stop but i don't know how, Im desesperate, i began to feel angry and huge rages became to the surface, i began to beat my self and harming myself just to came back to normal, to feel that i'm still here, that it's still me and that i'm human.

Hey, Christine! How're you feeling now? Still the same or better? Do you have meds to take? Do they help at all? If you don't have any meds, or if your meds don't help, can you talk to your pdoc? Is he/she available by phone? Do you have a T? Is he/she available by phone?

If your pdoc or T aren't available by phone, can you get an emergency appointment with either of them by calling their offices?

You must have a crisis line in your area. Have you spoken with them? Do you know their number? It's usually in the front of the phone book. Why don't you give them a call if you can't reach pdoc or T?

Is there a friend you can call and ask to come over and be with you for a while? If necessary, they may be able to take you to the ER where the doctors can give you meds you may not have.

Sorry to hear you're hurting this way. It sounds really bad. Please try and get in touch with your doctors or, if you don't have any, please go to the ER and let them have a look at you. Take care now.

Please speak to someone, even if it's a close friend. So someone can be aware and step in if you really need a more rational perspective.

I'm sorry you're going through this. It really can be an 'enjoyable' episode, but can also so quickly get out of hand.

Ultimately - it would appear your meds are not effective and need to be changed
