Whacked week

I have talked about staying in bed for days straight, but it has never happened until this week. That is why I was gone all week. My pdoc was on vacation, and the on call person and I played phone tag. Today is the first day that I was up by noon. The other days ranging from 3pm to 6pm.

I think my family waas starting to panic and my parents who just left for Florida were ready to come home to help me. My sister even offered to help and she is usually too busy between two jobs and school.

I have been fighting a cold and maybe a sinus infection and uti though they are getting better, so that doesn't help.

I don't know if I am depressed or tired or what. Why can't I identify my moods lately?

BNLsMOM! It's disconcerting to not be able to identify our moods, but even without a name, whatever it is, it doesn't sound pleasant...
So I hope you get to feeling much better very soon, both physically and mentally!

I have my family who are all concerned about me and want to take more drastic measures, get more appointments, and other things. I appreciate what they are doing. I would do it for a friend or family, but I have this feeling that the people around me are closing in. I can understand the logic behind it all, but it doesn't motivate me. I am this close to having childrens services at my door.

All I want to do is rest, but then my children suffer.

If you have a sinus infection, you ought to see your MD. Have you? Are you taking your meds & otherwise taking care of yourself?

How long since you've had moderate exercise?

Do you think you're slipping back? Answer honestly from your gut now. What's going on?

I didn't see my md, but those symptoms have cleared up for the most part.

Exercise? I don't remember the meaning of the word

I have been taking my meds as directed, except for one of the days where I thought it was too late in the day to take them.

I don't think I am sliding back, I am certainly not getting better. I have been feeling overwhelmed for such a long time. I think I finally gave in. I feel like I am doing it on purpose, and at the same time feeling like I have no control.
