Hi Trippin..this is the third time I've tried to reply to you...I truly am awful at the computer thing..anyway I 'm glad you liked my post. I decided a long time ago to have no friends unless they are genuine, all the rest are toxic acquaintances. When you posted that you now smile and say "ok" when asked how you are I thought that was the saddest thing. Why is it we think we don't derserve better? Do we think we are not worthy of a true person? who knows! But I, like you, and sick of the surface people...(that's what I call phonies). Keep posting and will be in touch again.

That's great to hear! I am trying to work up the energy to get my a-- in the shower. I am off today and would rather be at work...less time to think and I need the structure..glad you are a bit better though
