If I can't say I'm not bipolar I can say that I won't let it run me. I'm so sick of my life and I think bipolars been most of my problems. Maybe I need more DBT.

I think there are ALOT of US that can look back at our lives and now see that Bipolar has been a life long issue.. I know I can.

You can say THAT again. Now that I've had the chance to look back over my life in view of the illness, I can explain sooooo many things that confused the hell out of me at the time.......and it goes back almost as long as I can remember. It makes me sad that I couldn't figure it out until this late in life. But then, some people never figure it out and they spend their whole lives wondering why they just can't quite get this 'life' thing under control.

I need to get on my bike to exercise again. That's how I lost weight before. I'm tired of fighting myself.

It's great that you are taking control of your life I hope you can beat the BP back into submission!!!! I think some more T would definitely help, journalling helps me too.
Exercise is great for my mood, it really helps prevent depression for me. If you want to lose weight some of the people on this forum suggested "my fitness pal" which is an app for your phone or computer to count calories. Its worked for me. Best wishes for reclaiming your life

Out with two of mine and one of their friends. The girls- almost 13- made me buy a $ store pregnancy test. I told them they show false positive if you let them run past 10 mins. So now the friend is all excited.

there's no way I'm pregnant so.... I asked my 10 y/o if he wanted to do the test to be doubly sure but they wanted me to take it.

interestingly, the kit didn't have a dropper included so I just improvised with my index finger.

I could use a mocha or anything, need a lil pick me up. Been on these numbers all day at work, and I keep finding mistakes I made with the journal entries it feels neverending right now. But I had a lot going on, horrible economy, kid repeated in bhu, my own escapism. So it's only up from here! You and I both, my dear, will find our way to good things to come!
