I've scored a 62.

Score Interpretation54 and upSeverely Manic36 - 53Moderate - Severe Mania22 - 35Mild - Moderate Mania18 - 21Borderline Mania10 - 17Possibly Mildly Manic (Hypomania)0 - 9No Mania Likely
You scored a total of 62.
You appear to be suffering from symptoms associated with severe mania, commonly associated with serious mood disorders such as bipolar disorder or cyclothymic disorder. These symptoms appear to be causing you some serious impairment and distress in your normal, everyday functioning. You would likely benefit from the immediate attention of your physician or a trained mental health professional for further evaluation and a more accurate diagnosis and treatment. If your employer offers an Employee Assistance Program, you might also contact them for help and referral.

I got a 44, too. I don't feel THAT manic. I had trouble deciding between somewhat and moderately on several of the questions.

I scored a 10 but I am underslept and low on energy and even though the test asks to assess the whole of last week, I cannot help but focus on today.

I think it is the same Mania test that this site has. It sounds so familiar.

I got a 57. I was surprised, because I thought I was much more manic than that.

24 and I feel somewhat stable. Either lack of insight or these tests make everybody seem crazy.

First Mania test that I have taken.

You scored a total of 22.

You appear to suffer from symptoms associated with mild to moderate mania. These symptoms appear to be causing you some noticeable signs of impairment and distress, and would likely benefit from the attention of a trained mental health professional for further evaluation and a more accurate diagnosis. If your employer offers an Employee Assistance Program, you might also contact them for help and referral.

I got an 18....

I answered almost all the questions as somewhat or not at all. It says that that is borderline mania? I wish I was.

I think you need to be a corpse to pass this test as not manic at all.
Thanks for this!

I love you Hamster, LOL!

Maybe the idea is you take this test when you know / suspect you're on the path o mania.

Most of know when we're in an episode, right, or am I assuming? My score was pretty accurate.

It doesn't differentiate dysphoric/euphoric mania though, which I think would be interesting. But then again, I can figure that out on my own if I pay attention.
Thanks for this!
