Wow yeah ... I went through over 14 months of testing or all sorts specialists and more tests , oh and then the non stop trials of this med that med and oh here lets try this one.. Fibro took over my life in so many ways... the pain was nonstop severe and I spend most days in tears... One day I woke up in horrible pain ( like I do every day) and decided &$%# this... I stop all the medications that were suppost to help ..

My pain level stays at a 7 outta 10( or above)... 99% of the time.. occasionally I am able to lower it to a 6 for a few hours ( due to the hypnotherapy work with my T )

I have come to terms that I will indeed hurt all the time, there is no medication that is going to help me. I have accepted that this is how it is.

Since you have had breaks in the pain, it's wonderful .. It means that you will have lots of time in a "remission" of sorts. periods of no pain ! Enjoy it !

You're absolutely right Christina, I do get breaks from the pain, and for that I am truely thankful, I would go nuts if it was excrutiating everyday, I really admire you, you're one tough lady
