I am so very angry. Why do I have this diagnosis of BP2, I am so pissed I just can't tell you. The meds are stilling kicking in but I am angry, angry at my body being unwell (had Polycystic ovaries then a hysterectomy last Sept), having an autistic son, having 15 deaths in both my husband and my families in the last 7 years, having a mother who has been controlling all my life, at my husband for being well and ok with himself (he had a stable upbringing - I had totally dysfunctional family).

I have a bladder infection and a nasty cold now and have been crying on and off today, feeling totally pissed and sorry for myself. Just waiting for my doc to ring me as experiencing side effects from all the meds, its all not nice stuff.

Please, just keep in mind the present becomes the past, and tomorrow the present.
All this down stuff will blow out to sea, replaced by up things, and may cycle again, it's not all the Bipolar, it's life.
Being Bipolar can sometimes make the down, poopy stuff, worse, but hang in there, keep up with meds and therapy, it shall go well.
Sincerely,
DE
