...is This confUsion complEtely?

i feEl everythiNg so much thAt I cannot feel anYthing it's tOo mucH I'm not equipped...fREAK!

i Deal with eVerYthing so much that I canNot deal With anything it'S not enough I'm whipped ....wEAK!

I hate knowing whats happening and not knowing whY?

I just know I don't want to be around much longer...and it's not a miserable thing...

Hey, you're not alone. If you've recently been diagnosed & perscribed medication, you more than likely are still going through an adjustment period. If not, I would suggest it. If you have done this already, & are still having trouble adjusting, again, I can relate. I myself was diagnosed a year ago with BP2, & I didn't like it... at all. Didn't like the medication, the counseling, or the Pdoc. It has taken some time to see the benefits but they are there, namely, no more rage attacks, no more paranoia, & most importantly, no more wishing I wasn't around... Hang in there friend, we need you!!!...

I don't know you i'm new here, but I think yu seem overwhelmed, i know as I feel that way often. sometimes I can get nothing done and wen I wake up in the morning sometimes I used to not be able to get out of bed for good. I wished to be bedridden from aarthritis as it's so hard to even move. The reasons why and knowing what your going through probably go together, but stick in there, the feelings and thoughts can be controlled with medications, are you on any. I used to fight taking my meds but just gave up not knowing I was getting better from them and I'm to the point where I never want to be without them. It totally changes your perspective so just continue taking your meds, it may take awhile but you'll be thanking yourself in the end.

I say be like a surfer and just go with the flow.. Less exhausting than swimming upstream and once your rested you can decide what chunk of water to swim against

I feel ya james. I know exactly what your talking about its like we get it but its still confusing as hell. To know what but not to understand why is hell sometimes.

I encourage u to stay strong, pray, stay in contact w/ ur pdoc too. I attend a few support groups and therapy it really helps me.

I agree with morethings. Just go with the flow and let it ride out.

You sound a bit overwhelmed and in these cases sometimes it's just a bit easier to ride the wave, breate, and this too shall pass.

I don't know for me what helps is sessions with my therapist. If I followed my feelings I would be in big trouble but I am not a go with the flow type of person.
