I just get disgusted; that's all, and think maybe the earth may be shifting on its axis for another season or something.

I wonder if we're really children, after all, and what we need is to avoid the @#$% pretentiousness among some.

Then, I realize we are all children and need one another's wisdom to help us along.

That used to be the role of the psychiatrist; now, it's his role to throw the meds
up in the air and ask us to choose one (mildly joking), and it's the therapist's role
to ease the tensions of the little child within. God bless the child and God help
the adults.

This is not my best day; but, then, I've just finished posting on a subject that is
a trigger for me. You know how that is.

I just get really involved in others negative feelings and then I make myself the person discussed... I guess I am a little paranoid that way. I get hypersensitive when I feel like someone is at fault and automatically assume its mine

Yeah take some pills and go to sleep wake up and take something to get me threw work. After 31 hours if no sleep i can't take anymore.

Wont help with the nightmares...

I slept for about 5 hours today. Apparently I didn't want to wake up cuz i tried to elbow Kayla in the face. I don't remember having any nightmares. Thank you everyone for showing you care! I think i freaked a friend out cuz she couldn't get a hold of me. I'm at work now. I haven't had a day off in over a year.

Nightmares are awful but I am glad you got some sleep. It sucks that you have to work so much. If I could grant you a week's vacation I would do it in a heart beat.

Maybe i enjoy taking pills to much... I'm working up the courage slowly to talk to someone at the VA

It took me a few days of self talk to make the decision for myself as well. Take your time but know that your life is so precious, and you dont deserve to hurt like this. Professionals can help if you let them, and you deserve that
