I'm eating now. Stupid upped Zyprexa making me hungry
A dr yesterday told me I need to meditate so I'm not hungry. Wtf. She should take this med!

Grrr.... the doctor in your area are being such jerks. A tip for lessening hunger between meals are to drink more water (to test if you're really hungry and not just board.) And if that doesn't work, do healthy snacks like apples and peanut butter, low fat cheese, etc. Those would be "doctor" or dietitian suggestions to be helpful. Not "meditate."

Thats funny meditate your hunger away, if that where possible I would be skinny. But staying hungry gets in the way of meditation. So it would be very hard to impossible.

Recently the new educator in my office brought me a carmel mocha from Starbucks. I usually don't drink coffee because it makes me feel funny, but now I"m craving it all the time. I love carmel and chocolate!

Really enjoying listening to this. Its an adult singing the top solo- a man! His voice never changed. Its this type of thing that makes me happy.
