Yes available in the US but you must comply with the Clozaril Registry because the drug has a black box warning and potentially can reduce WBC to lethal level.

Initially must have CBC every week for six months, then CBC every two weeks for six months, then CBC every month thereafter as long as the drug is prescribed. Fortunately I am not needle phobic but it is a pain having to drive into town for the CBC and then wait for the results before I can get my Rx.

I take 1mg of clonazepam before bed to help with sleep. I personally dislike ambien. It makes me halucinate. :/

Yoda, I take the lowest dose very occasionally for sleep. Say once every two months. I wonder if I should worry.

I made it out alive. I FINALLY slept yay. I slept like 13hrs,l I needed to though. It had been awhile

Have any of you been in a mixed state? It's horrible it seems I don't get the good manias anymore. I get the mixed state crap
The pdoc explained it to me. Bc I have went into a psychosis my brain is vulnerable to going into another one (psychosis). I went through that when I was first diagnosed, 2 yrs ago. That was scary as hell. I'm stubborn and didn't want to be bipolar even though several doc's throughout the yrs thought I was. Until the psychosis then I was like s··T maybe I am.

Mixed state:agitated, crying spells, intense anger, paranoia, racing thoughts, si,
Guilt etc it is awful. Depression/ mania occurring at the same time. After I found all that info my past pdoc (the one losing his license) I lost it. Now I need to STAY what I'm on at least for a yr. That what I'm telling myself for my son a yr he deserves it.

Thx to everyone. It really helps.
Hugs from:

Yeah it is a high dose I'm probably going to cut it in half but I needed to sleep last night so bad....I know, I know, call pdoc before I mess with pills.

I am glad you slept well! Ask to have the pharmacy dispense many 10 mg pills or at least 25 mg pills so that you can experiment trying to find the lowest dose that helps.
Thanks for this!

To answer an earlier question, I've been told I have mixed states sometimes. I have Bipolar II. You must have Bipolar I, since you've had some psychosis with it.

I'm so glad you slept too! I must get mixed also, explains the crying spells which I thought were panic attacks for years.

Yes mixed states suck. I've been relaxing today feels good to be somewhat balanced today. Now it's about maintaining it.

Hope everyone is doing well.
