My T called in sick for today :(

I just filled my med box and I think I've been taking 1:3 or 2/3 my usual Zyprexa dose. Oops. All week.

Just don't OD and not be here any more. I am scared for you.

I hate psych ER. It's always night there and no beds. Some kind of torture chamber.

Well , use every coping skill you have , take a shower get in your jammies watch a tv show and relax and remeber you have 3 kids to get up in the morning and get them off to school .

((Moose)) Hang in there. I've been dealing with similar intense suicidal impulses lately, so I know how hard it is to resist. Stay strong; don't give in!

Don't allow the hate to have an affect on you! Get the pills under control. The prescription is enough, I am sure. The doctors know what you need. If you need an extra dose of something for sleep try melatonin or benadryl.
Focus on those three beautiful kids, Moose. Make good choices for them.

I'm at my friend's house. We're having tacos for dinner. It's a nice distraction.

I'm kinda bored. Tired. But this is some entertainment. Better than home alone.

Looking up Ativan doses again. Told my friend yesterday that I was going to take 5 mg. she suggested I go to the ER. I didn't go.

Why are you looking up doses of Ativan?, then telling your friend about it .. they are of course worried, advise you to go to the ER and you don't .

Why worry your friend like this ?

Sorry I just got on. have you figured out your insurance issues? Please, please go to the PEr your not doing well right now. Can you call a crisis line? Is there anything you can do to keep you safe.
