Hi!

I have come out of a very long dull depression only to be plagued by 'exploding head syndrome' (and know my head isn't going to explode!) which is an auditory hallucination. No reason known to cause it nor treatment to cure it.

I am curious to know if anyone else here has it and if anything helps it go away. The electrical zaps are driving me crazy and I need a break!

Thanks!

I'm not sure. I have some random auditory hallucinations but they are normally things like phones ringing or voices or screaming.

I do have times when I have an intnese head pressure. It's right in the middle of my forehead and it's really hard to think clearly when it happens. I don't know if that is similar?

I get that way when I'm overstimulated---too much bright light, too many people talking, loud noises, crowds etc. Hate it.

Electric zaps? Yes. I think for me it's a side effect of low dose Prozac.
