Have you ever felt the need to scream out at the top of your lungs for no apparent reason, but just because it might, just might ease the knot in my chest????

Well, I don't want to alarm my family....lol. Hopefully I will get the house to myself today for at least one hour and then I will let it out.....or not?? The mood to scream might be gone by then...a part of my continuous ups and downs

Scream into a pillow. It's actually a technique I use for my IDD clients with behavior issues.

Every day! I play the metal rock station while I'm driving now because I'm so busy screaming with the song I don't have time to scream at other drivers or have a panic attack.

I do it. And it works. The after feeling is almost euphoric.

I do it in the car with the windows rolled up. It sounds absurd, but it's amazing how good it feels to let 'er rip where you can't be seen or alarm anybody you care about.

I scream in my car too, seems the best place for a spontaneous scream.

I've spent a lot of time screaming in the car...but I find it to be very distracting from driving so maybe pull over first!
