I was just telling my counselor today about how good mania felt, Ive only been manic twice, 2nd time was not all that but the first time I remember i was at a friends kids b day party at the beach and I was so happy and life was grand! It went on for a little while and then my friends realized what was going on and had me baker acted...but I sometimes wish I could just have a little bit of that super happy feeling...its been so long since ive been excited or really happy over something, I feel like my meds have kinda killed my happy senors...Im not down right miserable, but i miss how i felt that day at the beach, I was on top of the world...
