hey u all know we enjoyed state of extreme high and little bit in thoughts during depression. but when it comes to mixed of those it is not easy. I am trying to maintain my sleep but it is broken. I can work but i need sleep but when i lay down it goes. What should i do? Extreme instability.

Try to get in with your doctor as soon as possible to discuss this. You don't want to deteriorate and not be able to work as I did.

i am out of town, it will take a week or so to get back in touch anyways if u are alone how do you deal with it. Elevated and depressed state are so easily adaptable.

trazadone 100 mg and blacked out curtains..complete darkness at night plus the temp at 73 (I'm in FL so that's a good temp A/C wise) has helped me sleep. My sleep has improved tremendously.

I hope you find what works for you.

Also, no ipad, iphone, laptop or back to back episodes of criminal minds after 11pm has helped as well.

If I catch it early, melatonin and/or my klonopin helps me sleep. I often get depressed/racing thoughts when my sleep is off too. Take the melatonin at least an hour before you want to go to sleep every night and make sure you don't have light pollution where you are sleeping.
