I scoured my bathroom and it took me two hours...walls and all. Then I cleaned the kitchen and took out the trash. This is very unlike me...but we're having an apt inspection. I did much more than I had to...I actually enjoyed getting it so clean. :-)

I got out this morning. Had a breakfast date, so my isolation is breaking. It is really hard but I have to start somewhere.

got a shower (a biggie for me), went to see pdoc, went to get Optifast as I am on a supervised diet, went to Costco to get some stuff to donate to our church. Later am getting nails done. Tonight meeting with a bp younger person that I mentor. Big productive day for me...unusual.

I did a presentation on mood and anxiety disorders for the staff at my work (mental health team). It was a little intimidating because there were a few psychiatrists in the audience, but they jumped in and added some points, which was helpful. My work day is almost done, and then i'm headed to the beach!

My friend who is basically homeless enjoys smoking his corn cob pipe. So I purchased a good pipe for him and gave him some tobacco to go along with it. Between this and the iPad I gave him, he is very appreciative.

PS: He basically chooses to live this way. I am trying to get him to accept some help.

Two months since I quit coffee.

I walked by the neighbour's house and could smell coffee...and it smelled so good...but I had my green tea

Well the most positive thing I did was completely sedated myself to stop a pretty severe hypo episode. Not without causing damage along the way, of coarse

I treated myself to a bar of really nice soap that I totally love.

It costs way too much but I'm worth it

I took a shower after a friend espoused the dangers of keeping a butane lit for too long. It may blow up in my face. LOL it still is nice to have friends.
