Got out of the house for a few hours with the fam, and somehow managed to interest our teenage boys in joining us on our new "diet" (really just a good healthy eating plan). Should be interesting.

Got six hours of good sleep. Ate a good late breakfast of high protein bison burger, baked sweet potato, mango juice. Cleaned up bedroom.

I've not let someone to whom I meant nothing, crush me. He did, however, hurt me. The fact he could, I suppose is positive...means I let someone in. It was a mistake, but it did not crush me.

I got up today even though I really didn't want to because of the nightmares I had. I texted a friend going through a hard time and offered my condolences as well as a shoulder to cry on. I took my medication and I'm drinking water. It's still hard to tell because the day's just begun, but I hope that I'll have to courage to talk on the phone because I have several important calls to make. We'll see what happens.

Vacuumed the main room, then took the vacuum apart to deep clean it and wash the filters.
