So I ran over (barely) a curb at work that wasn't marked...popped the tire (was going reeely slow obviously) and had to have them tow it and the tire replaced (on my NEW freakin car!)...handled ALL of that whilst working, smiling at clients, chatting and basically doing my job and DIDN'T HAVE A MELT DOWN!!! omg!!! Now THAT is positive!!!

*happy dance, happy dance*

(yeah just a wee bit manic...esok. heh)

I layed around and rested all day, after yesterday's wild mania day!

I think the Lamictal is helping keep my mood stable, since I am not flying off the rails! I was starting to worry after yesterday, as I was most definitely feeling and acting hypomanic.

Rode with my grandmother to an appointment she was anxious about out of city.

Painted my nails.

Went to T and was open/honest.

Had a good day at work, and then went running in the evening. Everything is so much better in the summer.

My positive today is that I did not lose my temper in
a situation at work

For me, that is pretty positive

I have a coffee date with a man that I met online. He seems really nice. We're meeting at a place 1 block from my apartment so it's very safe. I'm hoping for the best. I had been seeing someone but he's so very quiet that he never opens his mouth. Not good. Hoping for better things in the future.

I did some surveys for money, played Skyrim, and am in the process of making dinner. The boyfriend and I have been spending quality time together and yesterday was our big one year, so that was nice.

I shaved some paperwork off the top of the mountain that was building up. Got to smell the rain, hear the thunder, see the lightning. Cleaned the kitchen.

Spent the day with my daughter supporting her as she went to set up psych services for herself.

I'm a proud mumma, she's taking charge.
