finnished another book so i can start another (been on that one for ages)
scored 6 out of 10 in my daily trivia email thingy (which was cool!. half as much as usual) gave my sister a hug (well it's something?) |

I woke up really early, so I took my dog out for a one hour walk instead of the usual half hour, and made myself a yummy breakfast

Today I made an extra payment on my credit card. Though it will be many years before all of my debts will be paid, this was a small step to having one debt paid off within the next 6 months.

Worked out with hubby, ate a great breakfast, packed lunches, made it to bus stops, made it to work, taught exercise classes. Feeling pretty accomplished for midday

Got kids off to school in the a.m., worked a full day. Walked away and sequestered myself when overwhelmed instead of freaking out at kids for longer than a moment.

Had lunch with my husband and have done a small bit of work. I'm self employed and when I get depressed it is very hard to focus and get things done. I'm trying to take it one day at a time and be gentle with myself when I just can't do it. But today I completed a few small tasks and that feels really good.

Today I managed to get up before noon. I finished an assignment for school and I dusted my bedroom furniture. I am hoping to make it into the shower and go down and pick up the mail.
