Did a little work, walked my dog and went to an AA meeting. I feel sleep now, so I'm going to take a short nap. So far, so good…

Owned my symptoms - called the crisis center when I recognized paranoid delusions started, and acted upon most of what they said to help myself come back.

Sat outside and got some sun. Worked hard, but then was nice to myself. Didn't focus on some vague feelings of anxiety...and they went away!

Did one load of dishes.
Made and ate fried eggs. Making a kale and beans soup right now - it is an experiment. Stayed in and was quiet and enjoyed solitude. Started organizing photo albums online. |

I took a shower, got dressed put on makeup and drove into the city for the day! Huge success for me.
