I've managed to stay in my chair at work for four and a half hours even though I know downstairs is crowded with over a hundred people for Thanksgiving lunch. That makes me incredibly anxious and I can't wait to get out of here.

Got the kids up and out the door at a fairly reasonable time which is a huge feat for us. Worked a productive day and contributed a nice veggie tray to the communal buffet. Chatted with dh and made a good snack for my son. Got dd's to do their homework (always a battle). Worked on our budget. I need a miracle $$$ or to STOP. SPENDING.

Good self-care Standup2me.
I dragged myself out of bed, got kids to school and am physically present at work. I need to declutter at home. Maybe I'll grab a black garbage bag, fill it and donate some clothes and toys tonight.

Went out this morning to run some errands with my husband-no anxiety in the car hallelujah! Fed some junk mail to the shredder instead of letting it lay around for days.

1. Slept in 'til noon (with lots of interruptions and wake ups to get kids breakfast etc etc etc) lol
2. Did grocery shopping at 3 stores 3. Cooked dinner 4. Am making lunches for dh and I for the week 5. Washed my hair and put on eye make up and look pretty.

Finally cleaned up the dinner table slash desk. Also, threw out rotten stuff from the fridge and once again pledged to buy and cook immediately or not buy at all. Let us see if the pledge works

Even though I'm currently off the walls manic, I've managed to clean out my room and my wardrobe and give a friend some clothes that she loved. I'm in between studying/forums/getting distracted but working on it!
Also received news that I passed my last study module. Which isn't an easy task being so mixed atm and in the process of beginning a medication regime! Oh I did the washing too (laundry) |

Today I dragged myself in to work. I am catching up on a few emails. Didn't spend money last two days when bored. Visited my parents yesterday. Invite friends for tree trimming next weekend.
