I'm just down today for no apparent reason. It started that way as soon as I woke up. I'm pissed off. Very angry and
irritable. Got a ton
of stuff done this morning at work. I really seem to be ready
for the big release
at the end of next week...so as far as work goes, not
really under
stress...but still just pissed off and hating pretty
much everything and
everyone.

There is a big difference between being crabby (for a reason) and just feeling like you're trapped in negativity.

I lost my temper with my daughter this morning and yes, I feel bad for doing it, but it's like I don't learn from it and try to be a better person. It's like it's no use to try and be better. It's kinda like the state of the mind is imprisoned or something.

Just ranting...

That's the best I've ever heard that put, and pretty much the way I'm feeling too. I don't have any great words of wisdom to solve it, but at least know you're not alone.

Hello I am sorry to hear that you are having a hard time at this time. Your therapist may help you with your anger issues and your temper, I am not sure if you are aware a therapist can help with other issues as well as mental health. I hope you feel better soon, I really feel you should tell your therapist how you are feeling it could be that you need a med adjustment at this time. Winter is a big trigger for some people (Including Myself) and it could be something as simple as a med adjustment that you need, exercise can help at times as well. Take care Soidhonia

Thanks guys.

It's just so hard. You're feeling good for awhile and then all of the sudden you find yourself in a dark place, without knowing how you got there. I hate losing the good feeling, and I get upset whenever something threatens that feeling.

I'm gonna bring it up with my T next week.
