What a pain this bi-polar is.
Cycling from peace, hope and positivity to utter despair and hopelessness in a matter of minutes is painful and disruptive to say the least.

I just got off the hotline. I spent 53 minutes talking myself back up to peace and serenity.
The complete hopelessness came upon me like a tsunami tonight.
Looking back to earlier today I can see signs that I was at risk for this mood shift.
I needed to consciously put things in a positive perspective a few times today. Normally my positive perspective flows naturally.
Anyways! I just got off the line and I am back climbing this mountain called life.
I have glimpses of Glory and it ain't too shabby!
What a Blast!
Thanks for reading my story and may you all do whatever it takes to find peace in this life tonight

***** Possible trigger *******

I am glad they were there for you and helped you though a tough time (((( HUGS ))))
I have the hot line . but I also have whats called a "warm line" I can call ... The warm line has been a life saver I was once on the line for over 2 hours .. It kept me from cutting and also Od'ing ...

Its wonderful to have someplace to call when you need a human voice to just be there ..

I just wish I could call my best friends on here .. but they live in different countries around the world LOL
