I am not feeling well at all these days. I feel fatigued all the time, no energy at all. I can feel the depression sneaking back up on me. I'm not working due to some other health issues & I think that's making me worse.

I'm so sorry to hear you are feeling this way. Other health issues can certainly impact our bipolar in negative ways. Is there anything you can do to try and lift your mood? Warm bath, good music or whatever suits you. I hope this passes soon. Hang in there.

I'm just coming off a manic episode. I went from close to no sleep to can't get enough and I am just so tired. I also have been shedding a few tears in the evenings. Sorry to hear your down, but your not alone

![]() Please remember that a few bad days do not equal a bad life. If you can feel the depression lurking, get into your Pdoc as soon as you can and see if you can head off the depression before it gets too bad. Not working can really do damage to your self esteem. I know the longer I go without working the worse I feel and the more confidence I loose. But it all comes back when I start again, and I'm sure it will be the same with you. Try to go with the flow and see the positives in not working. By the sounds of it, it has given you some "healing" time. Use this "you time" to heal as much as you can, then worry about the work situation when its time to start working again. Better days are ahead ![]()

Hi wiltedflower, how have you been doing? I have been struggling with bipolar depression for quite some time now. I find that keeping as busy as I can and being around people helps. I'm not working right now and I know that if I was I would feel better. Am trying to find a volunteer position until a job comes through. Hang in there!
