Huge summer thunderstorm came through last night and is still rumbling away. I absolutely LOVE thunderstorms. Only downside is that I am stuck in hospital with no leave allowed so I have to stare at it through my window.

My cousin lives in Australia and it is so weird seeing first day of school pictures when it is the middle of the school year here. How old are your kids?

I am getting discharged from hospital this morning and there might be thunderstorms. I love storms. There was one a few days ago but I could only see it through my window in hospital which made me really sad.

Black-tailed Jap bantam roosters. Beautiful. So proud. So small, yet everything works. So appreciative of my offerings. How more simple could it be?

My daughter having now an A- in Biology, up from an "F". My really confused mother laying down in my bed next to the cat favorite spot just to be with it. Some happiness is still possible for her.
