Today I went on a train ride to a festival. I actually got out and did something instead of staying home.

Best wishes, Gayle

Took my dog for a half hour walk. Picked up a prescription, did the dishes. May take my other dog for a walk later.

Sunny days are so much better than cloudy.

I worked for 4 hours. It was a nice distraction. The job was pretty easy. I still went to dark places though. I doubt that will change for a while yet.

We have winds over 70 km/hr today, and I went for a walk.
A positive thing or a silly thing?

Even though I am very depressed I managed to go for a swim to get some exercise. After I went back to bed though. But it is something.

I finished job applications for the establishments surrounding a California historical landmark and turned them in, made a few bucks writing copy, added garlic to my "garden," and practiced Java.
