Went snorkeling to try and get an exercise program started. Saw lots of cool fish too.

Had a positive phone conversation and now I'm making a vegetarian shepard's pie for dinner. I'm working on practicing self-forgiveness.

Took my partner in to my Pdoc appointment to stick up for me. Felt I was not being heard and he was dismissive. My wife gave it to him with both barrels. Walked out of there with a medication change and feeling better for it.

I got the kids off to school and my son to gma's because he's sick. I took a pot of chicken soup fixings so my mom just had to add the water and cook him soup. He ate it for lunch with soft egg noodles. Yum! I'm glad because that will help him to get better and to feel better. I spoke carefully with my daughter this morning regarding a touchy subject. I was productive at work today. I got a little massage. I had a nice lunch with friends and traded racy stories and laughed a lot. I got my son cod liver oil. I completed some errands.
A few days ago I filed our income tax and am waiting for a nice chuck of dough back. That'll be nice to get - pay off some bills.

Cleaned our grungy living room carpet, cleaned litter box, took a shower, washed my hair & shaved my legs
 Now I'm having a small glass of wine & listening to the Grateful Dead.

Washed the dishes, took a shower (2 days in a row-gasp), cleaned the kitchen & bathroom & did laundry.

Woke up early (well, I didn't sleep last night actually). Went to the math center to study for my final and get help for a couple of hours until one of the teachers insulted my abilities and I teared up and decided to leave. Did, and am doing, a lot of work on math all day at home now.

Woke up early, walked down to the beach and went snorkeling. It was a great start to the day. I almost didn't go as my chronic pain is bad right now (cause I am hypo and cannot sit still
) but it is such a beautiful day I could not resist it.

Made up the bed, vacuumed, went for a hike, skyped with my daughter, took a shower (again!!!) & took funny pics of my cat.

Went for a walk on the beach, wandered around a city and impulse bought a calligraphy pen and notebook so I can keep a pretty mood journal/diary.

Spent most of the day doing some research about my upcoming wedding, then took a walk around the neighborhood and did some cleaning. It's beautiful outside!
