Slept for the first night this week. Went to see my psychiatrist and got my meds adjusted in a positive way. Saw my therapist. Got my grades for college and got a A in one class and a B in the math class I thought I was going to fail.

Found the glasses that I lost a month ago, cleaned a corner of my room, searched for my W2s so I could start doing my taxes but couldn't find one so I emailed payroll and asked them to send me another copy. Participated in the weekly bipolar support chat.

Cooked some awesome food today, went on a beautiful rigorous hike, showered & did the whole hygiene thing again!!!, played with my kitty, caught a spider in the living room & relocated him (or her) to one of my outdoor plants.
