I gave them a crash course talk on how it works, and that it doesn't make me, it's just a part of me. I even directed them to the PC BP faq if they wanted to get more understanding.

It feels like there's a weight lifted off of my chest and I am still feeling my hypo happy.
That took a lot of courage
Right on!

Emailed the case worker about what happened yesterday. Was kind of hoping to get an email before 5, but instead she showed up. It was unexpected and supportive. Made me feel less alone.

Took a shower! My coworker asked me if I cut my hair. No I just washed it.

Went to work, had a productive day. Told a client a difficult decision, told a coworker a difficult decision but in a nice way.

Did a little shopping for groceries, stuff I know the kids like.

I fought with dd1 but quickly came around. That kid knows how to push all my buttons like the keys of a piano. Tells me I don't show her gentle care. This puts me on the ceiling because all day yesterday I spent caring for her, feeding her, primping and priming her for her competitive dance showcase. Grrrrr. lol

Cleaning...working on shampooing carpets. Jamming out to Waylon. My son with family today so I'm enjoying the quiet time to myself. Planning to make time later today for things I enjoy. In fact, I think I'm going to go get a dose of those two hot men on Supernatural 😊
Thanks for this!

Went to a market and picked up those Chinese meditation balls, incense and a burner.

I'm going to try meditation (along with the current mindfulness that I do) to help control myself and try to cope.

Woke up early (or rather didn't really sleep last night, again. maybe that's not a good thing, but it had a good effect). Studied for my math final for 5 hours before going to work.

Went to class and did my pitch and talked to one of my long friends who's also a lecturer about my situation and that I may be leaving the school.

Got out of bed (It was hard. I've only slept 5 hours in the past 4 days). Went to a math review with my professor to go over the practice final and learned how to do the problems that I didn't know how to do, raising my confidence a little.
