Ate salad both yesterday and today.
Trying to introduce more fruits and veggies into my diet, and less fast food and soda.
Folded two loads of laundry and put all of it away.
Read two articles for school and added some posts to the discussion board I am supposed to do.
Thanks for this!

I went to work which took monumental self control. I stayed at work all day and tolerated the discomforts. I ate a healthy lunch. I took some evening primrose oil to help improve my skin, and took vitamins for my cold and vitamin D for the winter and magnesium to help relax my muscles for sleep (restless legs and arms).

Today I reached out for help instead of acting on self-destructive impulses. Took all my strength to do it but I am glad I was able to. A safety plan is in[place and I feel a little more stale. I want to live life fully, on my terms, not under the crushing feet of mental illness.

Today was kind of a lazy day, but I got out of bed somewhat early and took a shower. I also had a good breakfast instead of waiting for half the day to pass to get some food. I took the cats out in the yard and sat in the sun for a few minutes while reading some pages of articles for school. I did my Elevate brain training app in hopes that it will strengthen my focus and self-control. I got out the container of fruit I bought the other day and ate the whole thing! It's okay, though, because it's fruit!

Swept, vaccummed, cleaned toilets , cleared out spare room, made dinner. It's funny how much more productive I feel after I write it out like that.
Thanks for this!

I read almost a whole chapter and an article for school. I watched Dr. Who with my husband and and friends instead of staying home by myself.

I really like this thread. I think about it throughout the day and it makes me want to always have at least one thing to post on it each day. And I also feel way more productive after reading what I've written out.
Thanks for this!

I haven't done too much positive yet, but I plan on going to the bank and also horseback riding. I don't really feel like going horseback riding but the activity and getting out of the house will be good for me.

Got what I call a "supersized, large, jumbo" coffee on the way into work. They dont have a supersized large jumbo size but that is how I ask for their large I guess and it is tasty.
Thanks for this!

I called in sick. I have a wicked cold, and usually will go into work when sick, and just make myself sicker in the long run.

Went out to breakfast with friends, worked on my Senior Capstone (Thesis), and got past an intense urge to binge drink/self-medicate.
