Spent to whole day on PC and loved it. Its like spending time with another family ( not that I dont love my own family - I feel lucky enough to have two)

I helped some lady out at the store and gave her 20 dollars even though I really couldn't afford to.

I'm doing my laundry now.

A little back story. I was losing my self yesterday for a whole day so I had to hold everything off. It's still scary to think that there was disconnect with my surroundings while I was feeling guilt, sadness, among many things. All the things I thought I pushed aside as a wrong way of thinking flooded back in. Then came the morning, I'm relieved that I'm back to where I was before, questioning what positive means and wondering about my motivations, I'm with this silly/serious/smiling me again.

So, the laundry is never just doing the laundry, the same goes for everything you do that you find positive in and you post them here. That makes me happy and I'm grateful.

It was bad and funny to think that I didn't even have a clean underwear.

Drove out into the rain, went to sit and fit then to the store for salad stuff. I hate driving in the rain, but I did!

Went to a Trout Unlimited meeting with one of my good friends. Reconnected with a lot of nice people and recharged my desire to go fly fishing for striped bass. This is something I used to do a lot, but gave up on the last few years thanks to my disability. Getting back into it will represent a big step toward recovery.
