Not sure why, but who am I to complain? I'm going to make an appointment with a p-doc Monday. I know that my current p-doc had me cut back to 100 mg Seroquel because of me feeling groggy (more like stoned), but I think I actually prefer that to being as irritable and anxious as I've been lately. I've been using moodtracker, which tracks the hours that you sleep... I think I'm best off at 7-8. I don't know. Things are just crazy right now. I know I can't really hang around certain people... they drag me down and lay too much of their crap on me... I've got a plate full as it is! Thank you for the kind words and encouragement... I know I've been bipolar far longer than I've been diagnosed, but the diagnosis makes me more aware than I have ever been, I think... just in the fact that it's "official". Oh... something really good did happen yesterday... I got a call to interview for a court attendant job! Whooooooooohoooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm glad you are feeling better. Congratulations on the job interview! I hope it turns out for you. A friend of mine takes Seroquel to help her sleep and is makes her hungover in the mornings. She needs the sleep and can't sleep without it, but doesn't like the way she feels the next day. Will your pdoc prescribe just a plain sleeping pill to help you sleep, like Ambien or Lunesta? I'm on Ambien CR and it works great!! Hope you have a good day!!
