Did not buy anything except the food I needed. Did not give in and buy a second pair of glasses. Have Rx for second pair but need to pay the first off before getting just the reading glasses. Did not eat out. Came home and ate my Vegetables and fruit. Went to the pnurse check in!

Thank goodness I spent no other money I'm down to less than $50 for the recast of the month!

I've made huge strides in getting my house back from all my son's clutter this weekend. I actually feel quite proud of myself, and feel less anxious now.

Scattered my cat's ashes at Peace Park, a park built in honour of an RCMP office shot and killed. It is such a beautiful place

It's amazing to hear that you're going back to church. Meditating and praying to God actually help me to release parts of negative feelings from Bipolar disorder
Thanks for this!

Today I went to school, went to my friends' house to help making cards for Women National Day (thanks to the strength God gave me I drew some decent ones), go to the hospital for re-checking my mental health, fortunately the result gets better (thanks God again) and finally had dinner with my mom
Thanks for this!

Today I went to school and met a long time no see schoolmate, he was handsome and worked out a lot more since the last time I saw him. I didn't know what he thought or felt about me, but I hope he really like me as the way he showed me, I don't want our relationship go any further just hope we can be friends and I will see him more.
Early this morning I finished drawing some cards to give away on Vietnamese Women Day
Tonight when I walk with my friends to give flowers and gifts to women in need, I suddenly met a friend I haven't seen for a long time. God made it to happen. Our encounter was not an accident. He knew this person had an open heart for Him and was lonely at that moment so He brought her to us to comfort her. Or He led us to her. This is the happiest thing happen to me on this day.
I hope everyday I will get better with my Bipolar Disorder
Thanks for this!

Read enough overview for a course this semester, went to my friends'house to have curry, then we studied Bible and prayed together. At least i'm not alone in my house.

I know that today is better than yesterday, and tomorrow will be better than today
