I started to really crash from all of the stress at work today
I went into the bathroom at the other side of the building and gave myself some breathing time

Took a shower, got dressed even though I didn't go anywhere. Washed clothes. Ate a balanced supper at a decent time and put away the dishes.

Today is a nothing day for me. I need to prepare for thanksgiving but the weather is weird. So, I am staying home.

Took my car in for service, picked it up, mildly socialized with people instead of just smiling, got groceries for tomorrow and will start cooking and cleaning

Went to work, walked 3 miles, read a great book, cooked for 3 hours in prep for TDay, talked to my mom on phone, made a few appointments, forgot all the other stuff.
