watched my soap opera

Went to Arby's and got my husband and I dinner (even if the order was wrong, I KNOW I said the right thing because I just read the text out loud that I had him send me. Next time I will have to remember to check it before I leave.)

Worked on my assignment for class tomorrow.

Wore nice dress clothes to work today

Laying on an ice pack keeping my migraine at tolerable level. Letting off energy and steam in creative ways and holding onto my circle of trust.

Took out the trash
Cleaned the litter box
Cooked dinner. A real one with actual food. Not just throwing another frozen pizza in the oven

Sorry...just now seeing this when I went in to post today's stuff.

I am studying to be a counselor, so the assignment was a tape of me doing a counseling session with a younger student. I have to do a transcription, self-reflection, and case conceptualization with each one. It's actually sort of enjoyable when I can tame the anxiety and focus on working it.

For today I finished the assignment up and went to class. I also gave my cat fresh water. (I need to check that every day, but my husband does it often, so I don't have it as part of my routine). I did most of the dishes before I left for class.

Ate nothing but veggies,fruit etc,tried to forget the guy im slightly in love with,as always thoight nothing but good things about myself.

I gave a presentation in class.

did my devotionals and prayed and meditated for 9 minutes
did a load of laundry
took a shower
ironed a pair of shorts and two pairs of pants
sewed one side of a border on a quilt I am making

Went to a class, dropped in on a friend I had been avoiding because she now knows how dysfunctional my husband and I are. She said she loves me anyway and her problems are probably worse than mine. That's a true friend.

went to a church garage sale and worked for four hours
took a shower
ate healthy so far

finished a quilt yesterday

plan on doing devotional today and getting a nap

I cleaned my apartment! and bought groceries

Still not eating any junk food,I find when I eat clean (that is only real and healthy food),my mood is great and even.

Finally left the house!!!! And went to the salon to get my hair done to help boost my self confidence. I love it!

I worked a full day, and got a credit card app in.

I did one load of laundry.
