I got out and went to a friend's house. We worked on a quilt and made some progress.

My positive thing really has absolutely nothing to do with bipolar or mental health, for today I babysat my nephews (5 and 2 years old) and showed them The Empire Strikes Back for the first time. Last week we watched A New Hope and I'm going back to my sister's house tonight to see if they want to watch Jedi. I know it's off MI topic, but I'd say it's positive!

I'm not sure if this is 100% positive. This is hard but I'm pushing myself to the limit doing research type of activities on the internet to see what could help me. I just might have 'other mental illnesses', who knows. My head hurts everyday, if you think about it, for any mental illnesses, how it manifest itself is not like diabetes. I almost thought about making a thread titled 'How atypical are you?'. The reassurance that may or may not bring won't help me. I will still deny medicating myself because, my head was never on this side of state for this long ever. Until I know for sure what this is, or find similar cases, I'd like to just live my own way...(till my head break apart?) It's all good.

Today I slept until 11am, and then had a nap from 3pm to 5pm.
I feel so much better

Went to the chiropractor. For me, this is a major victory because I have not been in six years...I really don't like being touched

I went to t today.

I also got some magnetic clasps for my necklaces, so I'm trying them out and seeing if they will work with what I have.

Finally went to psychology today and looked up T's It was far easier than I thought it would be and I have an appointment on the 27th. I liked the way he answered my email, so decided after years of female T's to try a male.
