Went to T and had a good session. Told my mom that I can't work full time/about applying for disability. Went for a 2 mile run/walk.

I got out of bed and I'm still out of bed. Next up... find the energy to eat something.

Taught my youngest son the easiest candy recipe ever. Put some koolaide in a bag, lick finger, put finger in bag, put finger in mouth. How he got to 16 without me teaching him this is beyond me. Not the healthiest habit but fun.
Thanks for this!

I also started vaping today. Didn't really quit smoking yet, though. Cigarettes are easier. I didn't know that this vaping could be so complicated!

I now think patches may be a better and maybe healthier option.

I tried strong and lots of nicotine gum and cigarettes when (already) manic. It did help, so I had to stop taking it, obviously. He who burns bridges can't afford to slow down. But I learned from that and won't ever try to get, stay or become more manic again. (Did that convince anyone!? )

But now I'm determined to use it as maintenance treatment. Maybe combining patches and vaping. Near-toxically. I'm only worried about not being able to move easily/smoothly or at all. Trade-offs. That might still be better than antipsychotic Parkinsonism, though. Maybe they can cancel each other out.

2 days ago, I went to see a lawyer, it was the first of the three free consultations. This is all about the illegal fake employment and the violation of worker's rights that was ensuing from the beginning that started back in 2014. I hadn't slept well so all I managed to do that day was Improvisation, and I must say I performed well. I'd thought long and hard to free people, the former co-workers of mine were so afraid of the immediate boss and the company's attitude, no f'ing gratitude were shown for the work we do, no one likes whistle blower, but I stand by the human rights. These co-workers, I can think of two, they weren't nice to me, lied to me, I've complained about these arch nemesis of mine before. They were oppressed none the less. Me nemesis is su nemesis. I'm going after the bigger fish now.

The lawyer who greeted me was sharp enough, not like the one I saw before who said "This is not America!". This idiot were referred through by this agency who was for businesses, things should've been obvious from the get go. This other one, the evil company's lawyer is also not bright from what I can tell, the one(s), that I might get help with are younger, hopefully better. They want to fight, I do too. A decent public lawyer was the impression I got from this day.

On the same day, I also submitted some support evidence for the inspection on this evil company by none other than Labor Standards Supervision Office, the same guy who I talked with last week was there.

This has been an update of my positive energies, this infinitely relatively radioactive upbeat energy has no limits, I'll be kicking many more doors down to see the light, to pass the torches of hope, for a brighter future for us all.

Got up, did my devotionals, and showered. Am attending a MLB game tonight. Nervous about getting there and sitting through the whole thing. Am using my CBT methods to deal.

Been cleaning a little bit at a time. My place has gotten overwhelming again because I have been sick. I'm sure someday I'll miss my son's messy ways, but today I'm annoyed.
