I actually cooked something for dinner instead of eating fast food or warming something up. It was breakfast for dinner!

-cooked dinner
-sewed some on my quilt
-drove to lunch and the grocery store
-drove to my bipolar support group

My driving anxiety is still really active, but I am driving around about a 5 mile radius. You'd be surprised how many places I go that are five miles or less. I am going to attempt to drive to church this week and drive around a very short distance at night. Way down the line, I will try the freeway. I am trying to use the info from my new CBT therapist.

I took a shower and attended a play put on by my peers in celebration of Mental Health Awareness Week.
Thanks for this!

I worked a full day and was pretty sharp and on-task. Felt a little hypo but it's a nice change from a few days ago.

Sewed a little. Drove my husband to get the car from an oil change. Drove back alone.

Washed dishes and completed two loads of laundry. It's late, but I'm going to try to do two more. I've been procrastinating for a while.

Put away groceries, ate healthy, exercised, worked on laundry and did dishes. What????? How did I do all this before it's even 5? Now I feel icky and need a bath. All this plus bathing is miraculous for me.

I went to work and had my most productive day in months (numbers wise -- I did about 3k in sales). And I called my mom for Mother's Day.

Took a shower and decided to explore if God or spirituality could help me. Found some compelling affirmations.

I've been struggling to focus on work recently, but I've really gotten into adult colouring books lately. The weather has improved, so I left the door open and did some colouring while I could hear the birds and fountain outside. Was lovely and relaxing.
