I have this horrible feeling of impending doom. I am getting anxious with no one to reach out to God I hate this. I am feeling mad, lonely, and just this nasty dark mix of emotions. This hasn't happened in awhile. I wish I had a human voice right now not these letters on an inhuman screen. "I hate this world and all it has to offer if I had a choice I'd rather be dead!" To quote the KlAnK from his song "Scarified".

Alone with our secrets we cease to exist. The mind makes its final stand in this hour. To stand for its own existence in the dark.

I use to get the constant impending doom, now it only comes when I actively think about it, but it leaves.

write it down and tell the person who handles your meds at your next appointment, my current combo helps.

Can you journal your feelings? get them out on paper ? it helps me sometimes.. Or those cheap plates I buy at thrift stores are fun to smash.. I buy the super ugly ones.

Well it happened, there's been at separation between my wife and I but tonight she opened a can of worms in my lap while I'm at work and can't really deal with it properly.
