I haven't had any symptoms for the last 10months. So, these current meds must be doing something. I don't even get anxiety, which most people here seem to get. I do have Ativan in case, though. Usually, helps more when manic. But right now I'm stable. Mood may be a bit down, but I wouldn't say I'm depressed.i have no stress in my life right now. Which, may also contribute to my stability.
