Bipolar is just that.... We feel, think and live on two opposing extremes... sometimes at the same time. So why can't you feel like we're not alone but we sometimes ARE alone at the same time.

Have you ever felt alone in a crowded place? I feel this way most of the time, actually. Just saying....
Thanks for this!

Amused by the realities and the reality

Now that I'm thinking about it, I feel pretty alone too.

I'm just glad that other people feel the same way. I get really down on myself at times for feeling so alone when I know I have people who love and care about me. I used to enjoy being alone, but the past few years since my worst episodes it gives me more anxiety than peace.

It is strange how it is an aloneness alone feeling that stems from nowhere and yet everywhere. It makes so much sense and yet has no feet. It feelings surrounding and yet when you look there is nothing there.

It is confusing
