My T and I made a deal that for this week I will have a set schedule. This includes eating/drinking times, sleeping times, and restarting my meds. So I'm going to use this thread as a log:

10/16

11 am - woke up
1 pm - apple fritter
9 pm - pizza/wing

@ 11 pm I will take my meds and go to bed. I'm to be awake and ready for the day by 10 am.

We're trying to stop a depressive episode. My heads quiet, I feel like I'm not speaking coherently or understanding. I'm numb, this sucks.

Took meds, now I'm nauseous, curled in a ball almost in tears, I so want to purge FML. I feel like I just poisoned myself trying to avoid cutting now. 6 more days.
4 oz. choc. milk
24 oz mtn dew.

I love Oreos for breakfast, but maybe since you aren't feeling so well you can add something that will fill you up a little more and give you vitamins? My T is having me drink Ensure when I can't eat a meal. (Ensure Plus is for weight gain, but the regular one just provides nutrition.)

Have you ever used ice to ground yourself when you have the urge to SH?

I'll buy ensure next month. It looks like I'm going to be going to my mother in law's tonight. Hopefully I'll be able to fake happy. I didn't want to stop my SH I wanted to indulge. Cinnamon bun for lunch.

I read your posts and see how much trouble you're having. It hurts to see anyone like that so I truly hope this works for you this time around with the meds. An old t of mine did this with me with food because of my ED. I couldn't complete it. I don't want to put my problems down on paper because it makes them real to me. Maybe I'll try again someday. It looks like you aren't getting enough nutrition in your diet and that could exasperate your depression more. Really try those protein shakes. They are awesome. I get the cvs brand (same as ensure or boost, can't recall). They have vitamins in them and I think they taste great!
Thanks for this!
